Natufia Labs' Master Chef Ambassador and member of the Natufia Kitchen Garden Development Team is Simone Zanoni. Chef Simone Zanoni is the Chef of Le George, the Mediterranean-style restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. Zanoni received a Michelin star for Le George in February 2017 and again in 2018. Before that, he spent four years as chef at the three-Michelin-star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London and eight years at the two-star Gordon Ramsay auTrianon at the Trianon Palace in Versailles. Simone is passionate about three things: Perfection, technology and herbs. He has recently been appointed as one of the directors of the Potagers du Roy in Versailles, one of the oldest and largest herb gardens in the world. Zanoni is now broadcasting live cooking demonstrations about how the Natufia Kitchen Garden and some other exclusive tools for master chefs are now an integral part of the future of the culinary art. Natufia Labs is truly honored and proud to have him on board our development team and as our Ambassador. We count him both as a guide and as a friend. Natufia Labs has already started thinking and designing the next generation's kitchen gardens under the guidance and advice of Simone Zanoni's passion for technology and botany. Simone Zanoni is also Ambassador with the famous Italian coffee brand Lavazza.
