Kale 'Nero di toscana'

Kale 'Nero di toscana' has dark blue-green, slender, long leaves with none of the curls and frills common in kales. Rather, the leaves are rumpled and puckered like savoy cabbage and curled under along the entire margin. Its flavor is deep and earthy — it’s less bitter than curly leafed, with an almost-nutty sweetness. It is used in soups and stews, but you could use it in salad too.

You can take me out of the nursery, and put me in the growing chamber after: 14 days
