It's official! Italian Master Chef Simone Zanoni becomes official Ambassador of the Natufia Kitchen Garden

April 14, 2018

"We are very excited!" Says Pierre Blime, Director of Sales & Marketing at Natufia Labs. "Simone is not only a well achieved Master Chef, a rising star, but he is simply passionate about plants and technology" Pierre adds.

Simone Zanoni got interested early on in the technological breakthrough that the Natufia Kitchen Garden is bringing to this marriage between botanics and the culinary art. While the machines were still in a beta version, he took the risk to have one installed in his new cooking studio and to start to play with it a bit. "The feedback our technical team received from him early on was so accurate and so helpful that we de facto had to include him in our R&D team" says Pierre. "Simone and I managed to get to know each other better and managed to build a really enjoyable and highly productive working relationship. The combination of his passion (he was recently appointed as a key managing adviser to the largest and most prestigous herb garden, the Potager du Roy, the former royal herb garden at the Chateau de Versailles) and his culinary mastery was simply just a blessing for our entire team, from the botanists to the sales assistant. "It allowed us to critically modify the beta version toward creating not only a technological breakthrough in botanics, but a truly enjoyable experience for any user" Pierre emphasizes.

" Having Simone also now taking the step of becoming our official Ambassador shows not only his commitment to Natufia Labs, but his commitment to this symbiosis between botanics and the upscale culinary art. I am also truly happy to have a good friend by our side on this very inspiring quest that is the market development of Natufia Labs. It truly humbles all of us at Natufia Labs" Pierre Blime concludes.

Simone Zanoni is the Chef of Le George, the Mediterranean-style restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. Zanoni received a Michelin star for Le George in February 2017.  Zanoni is passionate about two things: Perfection and herbs. He has recently been appointed as one of the directors of the Potagers du Roy in Versailles, one of the oldest and largest herb garden in the world.
